Mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, crises and more — Shannon has successfully steered established teams and start-ups like Adroit Vista through both large and small transitions. This includes leading Shaw Communications through a highly sensitive process that successfully aligned cultures and standardized practices across 11 unique call centres. 

Shannon employs a calm, ordered and proactive approach as she helps her clients adapt and react to changes in technology, social and political trends, market fluctuations, customer expectations and more, ensuring her clients are positioned to manage and even capitalize on constantly evolving environments.

Background Check

Shannon received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of British Columbia. She is also a 2013 graduate of the Cable Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Shannon is a committed volunteer to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association, and passionate about mentoring women in business. The proud mom of two daughters, Shannon is also an aspiring golfer.
